Ingredients for Qeema Palao:

500gm beef mince
1.5 cup rice (soaked)
½ cup cooking oil
2 medium size onions (sliced)
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 medium size tomato
8 to 10 green chillies
3 cups water

Spices:

1 tbsp salt
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
10 to 12 whole black pepper
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 black cardamom pods
