Okra (Bhindi) also famously known as Lady Fingers is very healthy and makes tasty meals too, very easily.

Ingredients for Achari Masala Bhindi

½ kg okra
½ cup cooking oil
½ kg onions (sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
12 to 15 green chillis (chopped)
2 tbsp pickle masala
1 bite mango pickle
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp garam masala powder

If you don’t have pickle masala, add ½tsp each coriander seeds (sokha dhaniya), onion seeds (klonji) and fennel seeds (sounf).
